1. Acceptance
By accessing InfoMukesh.co.in or using its tools, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the linked Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
These terms apply to the main website, its developer blog and InfoMukesh tools where no separate terms are displayed.
2. Services
InfoMukesh publishes developer articles, product demonstrations, educational resources and browser-based utilities. Some products are hosted on subdomains, may be experimental and may change independently.
Features may be updated, limited, suspended or discontinued without advance notice. Free availability today does not create an obligation to keep a service available indefinitely.
3. UPI QR generator
InfoMukesh is not a bank, payment gateway or payment processor. The tool only encodes the details you enter into a UPI-compatible QR payload in your browser.
- InfoMukesh does not initiate, receive, settle or reverse payments.
- You are responsible for checking the UPI ID, payee name, amount and note before sharing a generated code.
- Payment success and disputes depend on your bank, UPI application and the relevant payment network.
- InfoMukesh is not affiliated with NPCI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or any bank unless expressly stated.
4. Content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise credited, the InfoMukesh name, original interface, articles, graphics and site content are owned by Mukesh or used with permission. Applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws protect this material.
You may link to and quote short portions of articles with clear attribution. Tutorial code snippets may be adapted in your own projects unless a page specifies a different licence. You may not republish complete articles, clone the site, resell content or present InfoMukesh work as your own without written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- create deceptive or fraudulent payment codes;
- submit unlawful, abusive or misleading material;
- probe, disrupt, overload or bypass the site's security controls;
- use automated systems in a way that materially harms availability or copies protected content;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation; or
- use the site in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Access may be restricted when necessary to protect the website, its users or third parties.
6. Third-party links, products and advertising
The site links to external platforms, client implementations and third-party services. InfoMukesh does not control their availability, security, content or privacy practices. A link does not automatically mean endorsement.
Advertisements may be delivered by Google AdSense or another disclosed advertising provider. Advertisers are responsible for their offers, products and claims.
7. Educational content and warranties
The website and its resources are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. InfoMukesh does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation or suitability for every use case.
Developer articles are educational, not a substitute for reviewing current documentation, testing in your environment or obtaining specialist advice. Product, finance, health and legal decisions should not rely solely on general website content.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mukesh and InfoMukesh will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site; reliance on its content; third-party services; or transactions involving generated QR codes.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer and procedural rights, disputes relating to InfoMukesh will be handled by courts with appropriate jurisdiction in India.
10. Changes and contact
Terms may be updated when services or requirements change. The latest revision date appears at the top. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their effective date.
